You agree that the Company may appoint any third party service provider, including but not restricted to one or more of the Company's affiliate to provide backend operations and support as instructed by the Company from time to time including but not limited to collection, processing and remittance of the Transaction Price using the existing authorized banking infrastructure to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment including but not limited to the Logistics Partner.

All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by Nayikha Deisngs. Material on "Nayikha Designs" website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Nayikha Designs is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other web site or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights is prohibited. The Customers are advised to shop and use the products only through our registered domain www.nayikhadesigns.com, as we don't sell our products through any other website or online portal. We shall not be liable in any way to any person for buying our products or similar products under the name "Nayikha Designs" from any other online store.

Payments

The prices stated for the products do not include GST. but do include shipping charges for orders over $150.00 CAD, (please refer to our shipping policy). The customer can make the payment by either ways – (i) online payment using net banking, debit/credit cards through our payment gateway partners.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall "Nayikha Designs" be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this agreement, even if "Nayikha Designs" has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.

Currency

Our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Please convert to your currency value on your own.

Duties & taxes

Canada: We do charge sales taxes according to Canadian tax rates. Which is billed at 15% upon checkout. You will be charged customs depending on the country being delivered to.

International: Your order may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

Shipping rates

We are happy to provide FREE shipping world wide on orders OVER $150 CAD (before taxes and duties).

Shipping time

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. For details of chipping to your country view our shipping and payment page for details. If you require a rush order, please email us to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline.

Shipping policy

If for any order you have given us the wrong address, we are not liable for the contents of the shipment and are not obligated to give you a refund.

Returns & refunds

Products may be refunded or exchanged only in place of damage or clear reasoning as to why you would like a refund. Do not ship your item back to us for refund or exchange until you have emailed the team and heard back from us.

Sarees are one size and all 6 yards long.
