Returns Policy
Products may be refunded or exchanged only in place of damage or clear reasoning as to why you would like a refund. Do not ship your item back to us for refund or exchange until you have emailed the team and heard back from us.
Products will be subject to refund under the conditions of damage to saree upon arrival. If colour is completely different from ordered product or the product itself does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be provided.
Please take many pictures of your product, and packaging to support your refund or exchange request. E-mail all images and concern along with your order invoice to support@nayikhadesigns.com. A specialist from our team will be more than happy to help you.
Once the return is confirmed, the specialist will send you information on where to ship the product back.
